The Hardin County Agricultural Society held their October Board Meeting on Wednesday.
The Board announced the 2020 Hardin County Fair was a success. The Livestock sale grossed $350,000. The virtual carcass show has been viewed more than 2,000 times. Community thank-yous were read.
Treasurer Judi Cronley said the fair came out on top financially with help from the County CARES Act. More money from the CARES act will be available to the board. Hardin County Commissioner Roger Crowe encouraged the board to look for more projects to utilize the funds.
The next fair board meeting is scheduled for November 4th.
