A Kentucky man was arrested after a recent traffic stop in Allen County. Troopers from the Ohio State Highway patrol stopped a vehicle on Interstate 75 for following too close and marked lanes violations. Hardin Northern will present the musical Beauty and the Beast Jr. March 10-12. Performances will be Friday March 10 and Saturday the 11 at 7:30pm and a matinee performance Sunday the 12 at 2:20. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students/ They can be purchased at the door.
There are two blood drives scheduled this month in Hardin County. The first is March 20 from noon until 6 at the First Baptist Church on County Road 175 in Kenton. The second one will be on March 27. The Ohio State Highway Patrol stated that drug threats facing the United States are more pervasive and lethal than ever before. Ada Varsity Singers were successful at a competition earlier this week. The group won 1st Runner Up at the Grove City Competition. Brayden Miller was awarded Ada BEST Performer. Mathew Frazier won Over All BEST Instrumental Soloist.
The next Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance Community Coffee will be held Tuesday March 7 at 8am. The meeting will be held in the Alliance Conference Room at 225 South Detroit Street in Kenton. Kenton Historic Courthouse District Coordinator Carol Steegman will be the guest speaker.
