
Robert Joseph England, age 76, of Upper Sandusky, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at Wyandot County Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center.
Robert was born on June 7, 1949, in Tiffin, Ohio, to the late Robert and Frances (Riedlinger) England. On June 7, 1969, he married Bonnie Moyers, and she preceded him in death on September 12, 2024.
He is survived by his daughter, Frances (Shannon) Swartz of Wharton; grandchildren, Randy (Becca) Roberts, Richard Roberts, and Ryan (Alexis) Roberts; and great-grandchildren, Nora Kay, Preston, Brantley, Ava, Liam, Keegan, and Brynleigh. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Michael and Charles England.
Mr. England was a 1968 graduate of Upper Sandusky High School and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Kirby. He retired in 2006 after 40 years of employment with Millington, Worthington Custom Plastic, and Black Hawk Automotive.
Robert enjoyed woodworking and generously helped friends build homes over the years. He also enjoyed watching television, especially Criminal Minds and Law & Order. A devoted sports fan, he proudly supported the Green Bay Packers, and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
