Access Road Added at Grove Cemetery

A new access road is being put in at Grove Cemetery in Kenton.

Grounds Superintendent Jerry Haudenschield said it is being added in Section M of the cemetery and has been in the planning stages for several years, “It’s a pretty large section, and as we  were getting towards the end of the graves that were available to sell, some people were hesitant to purchase, because  they were so far off the road, and so we thought it would be a good idea to put an access road back there and our  ideas and dreams are coming true.”

The outline of the road has been dug and gravel will be added in the next few days.

From there, Haudenshield said, “We will allow the area to settle and then we’ll revisit the idea as the access way settles for that area back there.”
