ACSO National Night Out Scheduled August 1

The Allen County Sheriff’s Office National Night Out and D.A.R.E. 5K will run from 5:30 until 9:30 tomorrow evening (August 1) at the Allen County Fairgrounds in Lima.

The entire lineup of Sheriff’s Office Teams and Divisions will be on display to demonstrate their abilities, enhance communication, and promote safety. 

Some of the services you will get to see will be the Sheriff’s Office K-9 Corps, Mounted Posse, SWAT Team, Dive Team, Patrol Division, and Bomb Squad. 

They will also be joined by several other agencies. 

Free food will be provided by Texas Roadhouse. 

There will also be games along with other kid activities.

The DARE 5K begins at 7 Tuesday evening.
