Ada Police Department Sergeant Graduates from STEP

The Ada Police Department congratulated Sgt. George Schlub for his graduation from Supervisor Training and Education Program as hosted by the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police.  

The STEP program is designed for first-line supervisors and covers 21 learning modules that are needed to meet the job and organizational requirements.

Sgt. Schlub was selected out of 30 students as the class representative, delivering the class speech.
