Ada Woman Hurt in Crash Wednesday Afternoon

One person was injured in a two vehicle crash that occurred around 3:30 Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of County Roads 65 and 50.

According to information from the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, Delores Brewer, of Ada, was driving south on 65 when a vehicle being operated by Amber Smith, of Dunkirk, pulled into her path from a stop sign on 50.

Disabling damage occurred to both vehicles.

Brewer was transported to the hospital with suspected minor injuries.

Smith and two juvenile passengers in her car were not injured.

A citation was issued to Smith for Failure to Yield at a stop sign. 

Assisting Deputies on scene were Ada-Liberty EMS, Ada-Liberty Fire Department and Route 31 Towing.
