Aggravated Trespassing Incident Reported Wednesday

A Kenton man is facing charges following a trespassing incident Wednesday.

According to the Kenton Police Department report, the suspect is said to have entered an apartment at Forest Court Apartments uninvited and made threats to the occupant.

A brief physical struggle took place before the suspect left the apartment.

The suspect is facing a charge of aggravated trespassing.

The incident remains under investigation.
