A man who served as the Superintendent of Water Treatment for the City of Kenton and also the certified water treatment plant operator at Alger, Dunkirk, McGuffey, Holiday Shores mobile home park and Logan Landing RV Resort changed his plea in Hardin County Common Pleas Court this week.
Dale Albert, of Kenton, pleaded guilty to one count of Violation of Safe Drinking Water requirements.
He was indicted on two counts in December of 2023.
Albert faces up to four years in prison on the unclassified felony.
He will be sentenced following the completion of a pre-sentence investigation.
According to the court document, Anthony Browne was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of assault of a peace officer.
He must serve 127 days local incarceration and was given credit for 97 days as time served.
The case dates back to late August of 2023.
The case was heard by Judge Steve Christopher.
