A Kenton man who served as the Superintendent of Water Treatment for the City of Kenton and also the certified water treatment plant operator at Alger, Dunkirk, McGuffey, Holiday Shores mobile home park and Logan Landing RV Resort was arraigned on two unclassified felony charges.

Dale W. Albert appeared in Hardin County Common Pleas Court last week where he pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Albert was indicted by a Grand Jury late last year on two counts of violations of safe drinking water requirements.

The trial has been set for May 22 and 23.
