An Alger is facing several drug related charges after a traffic stop Monday.
According to the Kenton Police Department report, officers stopped the car in the 700 block of West Lima Street for a traffic violation.
A search of the vehicle was conducted, and officers seized a plastic bag with a crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine, a folded piece of paper also with suspected methamphetamine and a plastic bag with residue.
The 25 year old driver is facing charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
He was cited for a turn signal violation, and the incident remains under investigation.
