Alger Village Council meetings will be open to the public beginning with the July meeting.
At the June meeting held Monday night, Council noted the meetings will still be streamed live because a number of residents have requested that service, and the equipment is already in place to be used.
For those who want to attend the meeting in person, masks will be optional for those who are fully vaccinated, but they will be required for those who have not received the COVID-19 vaccine.
A sign will be posted stating that fact when those from the public attend the meetings in person.
