Allen County Sheriff’s Office National Night Out Scheduled August 3

The Allen County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting its 3rd annual National Night Out at the Allen County Fairgrounds on Tuesday August 3. 

This year’s event will run from 5:30 to 9:00 PM.

The entire lineup of Sheriff’s Office Teams and Divisions will be on display to demonstrate their abilities, enhance communication and promote safety. 

Some of the services will be: the Sheriff’s Office K-9 Corps, the Mounted Posse, the SWAT Team, Dive Team, Patrol Division and Bomb Squad. 

The evening will feature free food and games, along with kid activities.

As part of the event, a 5K to benefit the Allen County D.A.R.E. program will be held. 

The 5K will be at the fairgrounds and will begin and end close to Roschman Park.
