Another advisory will be in effect from 5 this afternoon until 10 Wednesday morning.

Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero are expected tonight.

The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

You should use caution while traveling and wear appropriate clothing.
