Kenton Senior Alto Saxophone Member Performing with All-Ohio State Fair Band

Photo: Kenton City Schools Music Department The Kenton City Schools Music Department recently congratulated Senior Alto Saxophone member Brooke Vansky who is performing with the All-Ohio State Fair Band this year.   The All-Ohio State Fair Band is comprised of superior musicians from throughout the State of Ohio.  The Ohio State Fair band members perform nearly 90 concerts during the fair week after days of intense rehearsal in Columbus.

High Speed Pursuit Leads to Crash On Interstate 75

Just before midnight last night, troopers with the Lima Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol identified a vehicle that had been reported stolen traveling north on Interstate Route 75.  A traffic stop was initiated with the 2017 Chevrolet Impala and the driver of the stolen vehicle failed to stop, and a pursuit ensued.  Troopers with the Findlay Post were requested to assist, and deployed stop stick devices.  The pursuit […]
