Bluffton to Host Business-Focused Alumni Forum

BLUFFTON, Ohio—A panel of Bluffton University alumni currently working in corporate roles will share “Life After Graduation: What They Don’t Tell You About Working in the Real World” during Bluffton University’s Alumni Forum at 11 a.m. on Feb. 18.

Held in Centennial Hall’s Stutzman Lecture Hall, the discussion will be moderated by Dr. LaShonda Gurley, director of the Center for Career and Vocation at Bluffton University.

Taking part in the discussion will be: Jeremy Amstutz ’15, human resources recruiter at Mercy Health; Brandi (Dominique ’14) Clark, CMA, MBA, terminal inventory accounting analyst at Marathon Petroleum Company; and Sarah Dhondt ’16, CPA and treasury analyst at Owens-Illinois.

The panel will share their expertise about finding a job that is a good fit, reaping the benefits of professional networking, preparing for a job interview and adjusting to a working environment.
