Bluffton University to Feature Lima Municipal Court Judge as Speaker
Judge David A. Rodabaugh
Bluffton University will hold its Constitution Day Forum on Tuesday September 19.
It will start at 11am in Yoder Recital Hall.
During the Forum, Lima Municipal Court Judge David A. Rodabaugh will examine recent Supreme Court decisions concerning federal and state restrictions of free speech, property rights and religious liberty.
The Forum is free and open to the public.
