Bodies of Mother/Adult Son Found in Union County House

The bodies of a woman and her adult son were found in a home in the 18,000 block of Dog Leg Road in Union County this past Saturday.

According to a release from the Union County Sheriff’s Office, family members requested a well-being check on their 83 year old mother Joyce Wickline.

The family indicated that Joyce’s 50 year old son Craig Wickline, who also lived at the residence, told the family that their mother was dead in the residence.

Deputies attempted to contact Craig over the phone with no success.

A search warrant was served that night, and the two bodies were discovered.
