Bone Found in Marion County Not of Human Origin

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office responded to online rumors being circulated regarding a bone that was recovered yesterday near the Village of Caledonia.
According to a release, after an inspection it was determined that the bone was not human in origin.
The inspection was conducted by a Forensic Anthropologist from the Lucas County Coroner’s Office.
