Monday was a busy day for officers from the Kenton Police Department.
According to information on the department’s Daily Log Sheet, there were two accidents reported.
The first was at the intersection of South Detroit and Gilbert Streets at around 7:20am.
Aaron Ramsdell, of Kenton, was cited for an assured clear distance ahead violation.
The next one was at 12:15pm at Columbus and Hester Streets.
Larry Steele, of Kenton, was also cited for an assured clear distance ahead violation.
Details on the accidents are not available, but there were no injuries.
Also during the day, officers received a report about someone destroying property and assaulting staff at Fuel Mart.
33-year-old Brandy Fay was arrested and is being held on a charge of assault.
Also on Monday, 57-year-old Matti R, Marling was arrested on a charge of theft, and 42-year-old Jimmie L. Bauknecht was arrested and is being held on a charge of driving under suspension or in violation of license restriction.
