Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged a Cardington man with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, he has four prior OVI convictions.
According to a release, on July 9, Robert N. Robinson was driving a vehicle that was involved in a one vehicle rollover crash on Marion-Edison Road in Marion County.
Troopers observed signs of impairment and he was subsequently arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
Robinson was arraigned in the Marion Municipal Court on July 14 and entered a plea of guilty and was found guilty.
