Case Dismissed Against Man Charged with Involuntary Manslaughter

The case against a man who was charged in connection to the shooting death of his brother has been dismissed.

68-year-old Dana Lee Breidenbach had been charged with Involuntary Manslaughter and Using Weapons While Intoxicated in connection to the death of his 71 year old brother Wayne back in February.

According to documents filed in Hardin County Common Pleas Court, the State moved to dismiss the case, at the State’s cost, due to insufficient evidence to proceed with the charges.

The three day jury trial was scheduled to start in late October, but it has now been canceled.
