KHS Students Receive Car Safety Training

Kenton High School Junior Advisory groups are being led through car safety training during the spring semester.  The training is facilitated by School Resource Officer Dan Foulk and students Trent Rogers and Lauren Woltz.  Students are getting hands-on lessons on changing a tire, checking fluids, and other "what if" situations.

Wyandot County Dog Owners Reminded About Dog Tags

Dog owners in Wyandot County were reminded by Sheriff Todd Frey that the 2023 dog tag registration deadline was back on January 31.  The Sheriff said if  you haven't renewed your dog tags, contact the Wyandot County Auditor's Office to take care of the registration.  After a few weeks have passed, deputies will generate a list of owners that have not renewed their registration and those owners will be contacted […]

Ohio Launches New Data Dashboards to Report Overdose, Substance-Use Measures

(COLUMBUS, Ohio)—Ohio Governor Mike DeWine Tuesday announced that the state has launched new data dashboards: https://data.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/data/view/ohio-ibhd to better track and report data on overdose deaths and other substance-use related measures for all 88 Ohio counties.
