Nearly a month after a fire destroyed 101 Smokehouse in downtown Kenton, the cause has still not been determined.
Firefighters were called to the scene during the early morning hours of July 31 after a passerby noticed smoke and called 9-1-1.
The building was a total loss, but there were no injuries.
The State Fire Marshal’s Office was called to investigate.
A spokesman with the office stated that investigators still have not determined the cause, but at this time foul play is not suspected.
