Cincinnati Man Facing Fifth OVI Charge

Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper’s have arrested a Cincinnati man for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, he has four prior OVI convictions. 

 

On the evening of February 13, the Bucyrus Dispatch Center received a reckless operation call.

 

Troopers located the vehicle, which was operated by Mun Gyu Bang, and initiated a traffic stop for a marked lanes violation on US23 in Marion County. 

 

Troopers observed signs of impairment and he was subsequently arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

 

Bang was incarcerated at the Multi County Correctional Center. 

 

A request for the charge of Felony OVI has been sent to the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office.

 

The public is encouraged to use #677 to report impaired drivers and drug activity.
