Coldwater Community Mourning Loss of Student Cale Wenning After Tragic Accident

The Coldwater School District is mourning the passing of a student.

Cale Wenning, who was injured in a bike accident on August 10th, passed away Thursday evening.

School District officials stated that his loss is sure to raise many emotions, concerns and questions for the entire school, especially the students.

A Crisis Response Team is at the school today to help students, parents and school personnel at this difficult time.

At all schools, counselors will be available for any student needing or wanting help.

Parents are also encouraged to use the resources offered by the district.
