A Columbus man was charged during the OVI Checkpoint held this past Saturday night.
According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, officers were assisting the Ohio State Patrol at the checkpoint, when they detected a driver showing signs of impairment.

45 year old Lester Moses allegedly failed field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for OVI and was also issued a summons for driving under suspension.

A passenger in the car, 51 year old Lawson Harris Jr., also of Columbus, is said to have become unruly and was arrested for disorderly conduct.
