Despite some rumors to the contrary, Rite Aid has no plans to close the store in Kenton.
Public Relations Director Chris Savarese said they have been in Kenton since 1989.
He said a new logo and updated merchandising are being planned and will be noticed by customers soon.
The company is planning to renovate some locations, but Savarese stated that he does not know if or when that will take place at the Kenton location.
