Criminal Damaging Reported to KPD Wednesday

A criminal damaging incident was reported to Kenton Police on Wednesday.

According to the report, a resident in the 100 block of Summit Street told officers that he heard a loud noise in front of his house Wednesday night.

He went outside and discovered the rear window had been broken out his car, which was parked in the driveway.

It appears a BB or possibly small rock impacted the window causing it to shatter.

Damage was estimated at around $300.

The incident is under investigation.
