Criminal Mischief Reported to KPD Monday

A criminal mischief incident was reported to Kenton Police Monday.

According to the report, a tenant told officers that while he was away from his apartment in the 200 block of North Cherry Street, his landlord went in and moved all his property out.

The landlord then changed the lock on the apartment door.

The report noted that there has been no legal eviction completed through the court.

The incident is under investigation.
