Dedication of Chad Roof Inclusive Playground Set for Friday

The community is invited to the playground dedication of the Chad Roof Inclusive Playground this Friday June 23. 

That will take place at noon Friday at 910 West Franklin Street near the Hardin County Family YMCA.

During the dedication, they will pray over the playground and spend time remembering Chad and his legacy of inclusion, acceptance, and fun.

The playground, which is designed for children and adults of all abilities, is to remember Chad Roof, son of Tom and Alice Roof, who passed away unexpectedly at the age of 37 in October of 2022.
