Dog Warden Encourages People to Adopt Dogs

The Hardin County Dog Shelter in Kenton has a number of dogs waiting to be adopted.

Dog Warden Jason Kearns talks about the adoption process, “We have a form to fill out that checks if you have adequate care for the dog, you have income coming in. We don’t want somebody that’s not able to completely to take care of the dog, going out with the dog, but then we just have the process of them filling out the paperwork with references and we have the adoption process.”

The Hardin County Dog Shelter is located on Jones Road in Kenton.
