Five People Were Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Five people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

 

.Chelsey M. Risner was sentenced to 18 months in prison on one count of tampering with evidence.

 

.Derrick R. Houtz was sentenced to 12 months in prison on one count of trafficking in heroin.

 

The following three individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

 

.Timothy J. Cole on one count each of possession of cocaine and trafficking in heroin.

 

.Bryan E. Hipsher on one count each of possession of heroin and attempted tampering with evidence.

 

.Jennifer K. Henkle on one count each of grand theft, tampering with records and attempted theft in office. She must serve 20 days local incarceration and pay restitution of just over $8000 to the McDonald-Roundhead Joint Recreation District Park Board.

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
