Flags at Half-Staff in Honor of Kent State Shooting Victims

Gov. Mike DeWine ordered that flags at all state owned buildings throughout Ohio to be flown at half-staff until sunset tonight.

All other public buildings and grounds throughout the state may fly the flags at half-staff at their discretion during the same time period.

That is being done in honor of those killed and injured during the tragedy at Kent State University on this date in 1970.
