Gov. Mike DeWine has ordered that the flags of the United States and State of Ohio upon all public buildings and grounds throughout the state be flown at half-staff.
The order was issued to honor the life and legacy of former First Lady Rosalyn Carter.
The wife of former President Jimmy Carter died at her home in Plains, Georgia on November 19 at the age of 96.
The flags will be flown at half-staff until sunset on the day of her interment November 29.
