Forest Man Injured in Motorcycle Accident in Findlay at Start of Labor Day Weekend

A Forest man was injured in a motorcycle accident to start Labor Day weekend in Findlay.

According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, 20-year-old Ian Boyd was operating his motorcycle north on Bright Road, and he failed to stop in time and struck the rear of a vehicle being driven by 18-year-old Teryn Curry, of Findlay.

Boyd was transported to Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay for treatment of a right shoulder injury.

He was cited for an assured clear distance ahead violation.
