Due to increased activity at Ranger Field with fall soccer, the Forest Police Department will be strictly enforcing traffic laws in a target enforcement area around the soccer fields.

Motorists are reminded that the 300 blocks of West Zimmerman and West Dixon Street, the 200 Block of South Martin Street and Picket Street are all posted as a 15 Miles Per Hour Speed Limit to ensure safety around that area.

In addition to obeying posted speed limits, you should also come to a complete stop at all stop signs.

Forest Police officers also said to always wear your seat belt.
