Four People Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Four people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

 

.Damien A. Stewart was sentenced to 2 years in prison on one count of possession of heroin.

 

The following three individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

 

.Hank W. J. Chamberlain on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs and attempted tampering with evidence.

 

.Jennifer D. Lowry on one count each of possession of heroin and attempted tampering with evidence.

 

.Kelly M. Whitmore also known as Kelly M. Prater on one count of trafficking in heroin in the vicinity of school or juvenile.

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
