Four people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:
.Keith E. Fenderson was sentenced to a total of 58 months in prison for failure to appear.
.Michael L. Conley was sentenced to 30 months in prison on one count of having weapons under disability.
.James A. Shears was placed in five years community control with conditions on charges of tampering with evidence and obstructing official business. He must serve 180 days local incarceration.
The three cases were heard by Judge Steve Christopher.
Also in court, Junior R. Miller was placed on five years community control with conditions on a charge of aggravated assault.
His case was heard by Judge Mark S. O-Conner who was sitting by assignment.
