Four Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Four people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

 

.Belinda S. Lightner was sentenced to a total of 39 months in prison on one count each of trafficking in heroin in the vicinity of school or juvenile, possession of heroin and trafficking in heroin.

 

The following three individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

 

.Brandon W. Ohler on one count each of possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs and attempted tampering with evidence.

 

.Joseph A. Legge on three counts of trafficking in heroin

 

.Jonathan A. Manns on one count each of tampering with evidence and possession of cocaine.

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
