Four Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Four people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

.Jason R. Robinson was sentenced to a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 5 years in prison on two counts of felonious assault and one count of operating a vehicle under the influence.

.Daryl L. Carmean II was sentenced a total of four years in prison on one count each of felonious assault and attempted aggravated arson.

The following two individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

.Brady P. Collins on one count each of failure to appear and receiving stolen property.

.Brian E. Shuster on one count each of attempted tampering with evidence, possession of heroin and theft.

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
