Gas Station Employee Reports Being Assaulted

An assault was reported to Kenton police on Tuesday.

According to the report, an employee of Marathon in the 900 block of East Columbus Street, told officers that as he was dealing with an angry customer, he was knocked to the ground several times.

A 26 year old Dunkirk man was listed as a suspect, but he has not yet been charged.

The incident is under investigation.
