Governor Appoints Judge for Marion County Family Court

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine Thursday announced that Larry N. Heiser has been appointed to serve as a judge on the Marion County Family Court.

Heiser, of Marion, will assume office on July 13 and must run for election on November 3 for the remainder of the term ending February 8, 2023. 

Heiser is replacing Judge Deborah Alspach, who retired from the Marion County Family Court on February 1 this year.
