A groundbreaking ceremony will be held this morning at the Division of Fire Marshal Campus in Reynoldsburg for the Ohio Fire Academy’s new search and rescue house.
Once fully operational, the new facility will train thousands of firefighter and EMS students each year and provide them with a realistic training environment for several rescue scenarios.
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine will join Ohio Department of Commerce Director Sherry Maxfield and State Fire Marshal Kevin Reardon for the ceremony.
