A groundbreaking ceremony was held late last week at Chemtrade in the Allen County village of Cairo.
The company’s $50 million investment will significantly expand production capacity and improve product quality at their current site.
The expansion will support and enhance the company’s ultrapure sulfuric acid product line that is a vital input to the semiconductor manufacturing industry in the United States.
Lt. Governor Jon Husted was on hand for the ceremony this past Friday December 9.
