Hancock County Fallen Officer’s Memorial Service Set for May 13th

Monday, May 13th is the Hancock County Fallen Officer’s Memorial Service being hosted by and held at the Fort Findlay F.O.P. Lodge # 20 on Romick Parkway at 6:00 PM.  

The community is invited to join this event as they read the names of those that have made the ultimate sacrifice keeping the Hancock County community safe.

This year’s featured speaker is Vaune Akers. Vaune will share her personal journey and insights into the challenges law enforcement families face.

There will be a wreath-laying ceremony, a performance by Toledo Firefighters Pipe & Drums and the playing of taps.  

Refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the event.

The event will be held at 1769 S. Romick Parkway in Findlay.
