The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office along with the Findlay Police Department recently hosted a training for dispatchers.
During the class, those attending were taught how to handle in-progress and high-risk calls.
They were also taught how to handle different types of callers.
There were over 40 dispatchers from agencies all over Northwest Ohio who took the training.
