Hardin County LEPC Meeting Oct 11

The Hardin County Local Emergency Planning Committee will hold its quarterly meeting this week.

It will start at 6pm this Wednesday October 11 in the Jacob Parrott Safety Center Training Room at the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office in Kenton.

Tentative Agenda:

1. Call to order

2. Approval of July 19th, 2023, Hardin LEPC County minutes

3. Review Financial Report and vote for approval.

4. Formal review of 2024 Budget and vote for approval.

5. Formal review of Annex Q Hazmat Plan and vote for approval of “No Change” submission.

6. DRMO Emergency Response equipment wish list ready for submission 

7. Reminder of adjusting the Quarterly LEPC Meeting time frame from evenings to late morning.

8. Final sale on the old LEPC Hazmat trailer and generator

9. LEPC Committee Chair/Vice Chair are at term

10.Official changeover of Executive seats Daryl Flowers – New Chair, Amy Newland – New Vice Chair and Jacob Burbacher-Secretary

All LEPC meetings are open to the public.
