The next meeting of the Hardin County Retired Teacher Association will be held at noon on September 20 at the fellowship room of the Forest United Methodist Church at 111 E. Dixon St.

Following the luncheon, we are pleased to announce that the speaker will be Jim Taylor, who will speak on a thought provoking topic of “US Presidents of Courage and Character “.

The luncheon committee is Chairwoman Ruth Ann Poling, Martha Cramer, Audrey Hemmerly, Barb Schnelle, and Sharon Beitler.

The lunch is $9 so please RSVP to Martha Cramer by calling her at 419-273-2432 by September 13. The menu is chicken salad croissants, fresh fruit cups, carrot and celery sticks, chips, a variety of pies, and beverages.

Following the speaker, a short meeting will include the information found at the recent meeting at the ORTA Headquarters in Columbus.

Paper products can be donated for the Forest Food Pantry.

As always, guests and prospective members are welcome to join this exciting meeting of HCRTA. We look forward to seeing everyone.
