The Hardin County Family YMCA offers a number of programs designed to help senior citizens maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Silver Sneakers Program Director Beth Wetherill said the programs are important because they motivate seniors to move as much as they can and keep the muscles working.
She added that keeping the body moving is a great way to stay healthy for as long as you can.
